Experion[TM] Automated Electrophoresis System
To improve efficiency in processs development and production,
the Experion automated electrophoresis system provides a fast
and convenient alternative to SDS-PAGE to check protein purity.
The automated process makes it easier to meet FDA and ICH
guidelines, and ensures reproducible results with less hands-on time
and lower labor costs. Our microfluidic technology means minimal sample
reagent requirements and reduced hazardous waste costs.
The 30-minute run time includes data analysis.

Regulatory interactions between IRG resistance GTPases in the cellular
response to Toxoplasma gondii
This paper provides the first molecular understanding of the IRG
family of interferon-inducible resistance GTPases. The reported unique
case of direct regulatory interaction between two IRG subfamilies
provides an explanation for the remarkable degree of functional non-
redundancy of these factors in pathogen resistance.

Concerted microRNA control of Hedgehog signalling in cerebellar
neuronal progenitor and tumour cells
Constitutive activation of hedgehog signalling has been implicated in
human medulloblastoma. In this article Alberto Gulino and coworkers
identify three microRNAs that suppress hedgehog signalling and that
are downregulated in human medullablastoma.
