Donation of Human Embryos to Stem Cell Research: a view from the UK
Prof. Sarah Franklin
London School of Economics
Prof. Sarah Franklin has written and edited 15 books on reproductive and genetic technologies, as well as more than 100 articles, chapters and reports. She has conducted field work on IVF, cloning, embryo research, and stem cells. Her work combines traditional anthropological approaches, including both ethnoographic methods and kinship theory, with more recent approaches from science studies, gender theory, and cultural studies.
