Cord blood may help. Dr. Joanne Kurtzburg @ Duke University has had
some success, contact her or the Cord Blood Registry. Both are legit.
(There are not current study for cord blood for cp at
http://www.ClinicalTrials.gov )

There is one well documented case. Sen. Obama's website goes as far
