ISTO Technologies, Inc. is an Orthobiologic Company focused on developing differentiated products for sports medicine and spinal therapy. The Company's cell-based platform technology will generate potential products that team with the body's resources to heal, regenerate, and restore function to damaged cartilage. ISTO's cartilage regeneration products are designed for delivery through minimally invasive procedures.

Currently, ISTO has three products in its development pipeline:

Neocartilage, a manufactured, scaffold-free living cartilage graft grown from juvenile cartilage cells, is designed to repair and restore joint function in the knee. ISTO has an exclusive license for Neocartilage technology from Washington University Medical Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital of St. Louis. Neocartilage is being developed in collaboration with Zimmer Holdings, Inc.

NuQuTM is an injectable formulation of juvenile cartilage cells developed for nucleus regeneration in the spine using ISTO's core, cell-based platform technology.

InQuTM is a scaffold made from hybrid biomaterials intended for tissue repair and bone regeneration.

The Company's senior management has extensive experience in the medical technology field. Mitchell Seyedin, Ph.D., ISTO's President and Chief Executive Officer, joined ISTO in 2003.
